Cart Rush Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Cart Rush app offered by Yunus Acar ("Cart Rush") in the ikas app store. By installing the app, the store ("Store") is deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Service

Cart Rush is a game added to your store's website. Based on the distance they cover in the game, visitors earn personal, single-use, time-limited discount coupons. The coupons are created as campaigns in your store's ikas account.

2. Trial and plans

• The first 7 days after installation or the first 15 coupons (whichever comes first) are free of charge.
• When the trial ends, the game is hidden on your website until you choose a plan. Coupons already issued remain valid.
• Plans and prices are shown in the ikas app store. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled through ikas and are subject to ikas's terms.
• When a plan's monthly coupon allowance is used up, the game is hidden until the end of the month.

3. Store responsibilities

• Preparing the privacy notice for visitors required under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and entering its link in the app. The Store is the data controller for visitor data.
• Before sending commercial messages, using only the contacts of people who have given consent and completing the required registrations (such as İYS, the Turkish commercial electronic message registry).
• Ensuring that reward and campaign settings, discount amounts and campaign periods are correct.

4. Rules of use

It is prohibited to use the app to cheat, to attempt to access other stores' data, to overload the service or for unlawful purposes. Fraudulent games are detected by server-side verification and receive no reward.

5. Service level

We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption or errors, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Brief interruptions may occur during maintenance and updates.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cart Rush's total liability is limited to the amount the Store paid for this app in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages (such as loss of profit).

7. Intellectual property

The app, the game, the graphics and the sounds belong to Cart Rush. The Store is granted the right to use the app on its own website for the duration of its subscription.

8. Termination

You can uninstall the app from your ikas panel at any time. After uninstallation, your data is deleted within the period stated in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend the service if these terms are breached.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes through the app panel or by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
